Yes! Companies with up to 16 employees can use PatPat completely free, forever. No credit card required, no hidden fees, no trial period that expires.
PatPat uses 3 collectible pin categories: Performance Pin (10 pts) for hitting targets, Academic Pin (15 pts) for learning achievements, and Extra Mile Pin (20 pts) for going above and beyond. Plus Corporate Souvenir for other achievements that deserve recognition.
Each month or quarter, employees compete to earn pins and climb the leaderboard. Top performers are recognized and can earn rewards. This creates healthy competition and keeps recognition engaging.
After your 14-day Pro trial, you can choose to subscribe or automatically move to the Free plan (if you have 16 or fewer employees). You won't lose any data.
Pro plans are billed monthly or annually based on active employees. Annual billing saves you 20%. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime.
Free plans get access to our rotating quarterly designs. Pro plans can create unlimited custom pins with your own branding. Enterprise plans get dedicated design support.
With invitation by code (Free plan), employees receive a 6-digit code in their email and enter it manually in the app. With magic links (Pro plan), employees simply tap the link in their email and are instantly logged into the app - no code entry needed. Magic links provide a smoother onboarding experience for larger teams.
Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption, and our platform is SOC 2 Type II compliant. Your employee data is always safe with us.
